I think he's asking if he needs a bot to deploy his devops "bot". In which case, wouldn't that create an infinite loop where a bot has to deploy a bot, but then that bot has to be deployed by another bot, etc. I'm not a devops guy but it seems you might have a fundamental misunderstanding of what a "bot" is and is not.

You deploy a bot built to deploy bots - usually manually the first time.

That bot can then be used to deploy additional bots to make your bot deployments automatic.
