@Floydian hahaha it's hardly dev related, but my frustration reached unimaginable levels :D

Windows PC should be banned for humanities sake.

@HoloDreamer no, any OS maker who thinks autocorrect is a thing to have on a computer. I remember OS X 10.7 or 10.11 doing the same as windows. Windows only added that shitty feature in the 10th version I think

@HoloDreamer windows sucks, linux rocks, mac os ftw /s

@Phlisg yeah, but i think it's not a os but an app issue, because when it's off in settings, only some apps doesn't respect it

@dontbeevil It's both actually, os and apps. My case here was an app, but most other things, which lead me to disable the fucking thing, were OS related. Turned off and felt better

Also, Windows, Linux and/or OS X rock. None of them is better, none of them is weaker. Just habits from my POV

@Phlisg yeah that's what I mean, I turned it off too, because I write in 2 different languages and I don't switch every time the os language... but even when it's off, some apps doesn't respect the setting, and I think that's app fault

@dontbeevil also am not sure what to think about Windows' 10 multiple language support. Everything in english, with swiss keyboard layout, done :D

@Phlisg I have everything in english including the keyboard, bust sometime I have to write in italian... in this case if I wanted to use spell checker, I should switch to italian ... but now they're starting to understand different languages without switch :)

what I'm talking about is you can add different lanaguages in settings -> time & language -> language, even without change the os display language, you can switch from a language to another language pack to use for speech, handwriting and typing (with or without changing keyboard) ... it's quite complicated to explain for me, I hope that I gave you the idea

@dontbeevil Yeah I got you :D i head straight to there when setting up a computer, setting the system to english but with a swiss-french keyboard layout so I can write in french, german and in english with one layout
