I've been drunk quite a lot lately, yet i'm not tryna forget or quit anything. Am i getting alcoholic ? This create a lot of bad situation going around my life, sleep deprivation, health problem, etc..

Am i thinking my work and my company to seriously? Last time i work too hard, i got hospitalized for exhaustion. My brain can't stop thinking, always getting left and right, here and there. Am i getting crazy?

    No, but you need to get yourself together. You're one step away from messing up your psyche for good

    Someone needs a tech free holiday.
    Unplug and enjoy the world for a while.

    @wowotek I haven’t been to the point of it causing me to drink, but I do find having a week or two of just switching off does help.

    @C0D4 it's decided then.

    @wowotek A long getaway vacation - maybe. But you should rest your mind the whole time. It should be that good so you'd forget all your passwords at work.

    I had this kind of getaway in Kos island with my wife. Hiking in the hills, enjoying sunset in the remains of castle Paleo Pili, waking up in the gardens filled with birds' chirping (yeah, it was a great hotel!),... Forgot all my passwords (like 12 of them) completely - not even clue what they were about. That revived me for another year.

    @netikras After @C0D4 's comment it's decided. I am planning to take 2 month trip with my fiance and momentarily hibernate my company. I really hope this is enough. I think my brain just bugged out little bit, I just want to resolve it asap.

    This is a question of life and death.

    @wowotek Look for a hobby that calms you down, too.

    Calming down and resetting by taking a vacation is a pretty good idea. But you need to find something that keeps you occupied afterwards.

    :)

    Enjoy your vacation!

    PS: Maybe talk with your fiance, sometimes people close can guess better than oneself what a good hobby might be.

    What helps me to get my head free after work without resorting to alcohol is just lying down and sleeping for an hour. Works as sort of reset and doesn't tax the liver.

    gotta agree with the other ones: take a vacation

    from what i can tell, it seems like a stress response. a good vacation could work wonders
