My boss asking me to change my profile picture on LinkedIn in ?!

Do they have the right for such things? Keep in mind my current picture is professional. But she want all the company employees to have similar images in the same location with the same background !

Should I fight this or let it go ?!

They can ask/suggest you to do that but they cannot demand.

My prev employee had some interest in my travelings: they asked us not to travel with some particular people. And the reasoning was legit - it could damage the company very badly.

Tell your boss to change his brain

If Boss paid your Account Then yes Else no

Ask for an unacceptable compensation for it like 1 month paid leave =p

Change it and also change your status to "actively seeking new job"

@620hun yeh they took the pic using iPhone5 or 6 not sure .. I was like you can borrow my note 9 at least it wouldn't be totally horrible.

@smb26 no, she needs the employee's consent to do that. Not even on the company's intranet.

If You are have listed the company as your current Workplace, then just change the pic as Requested. Perhaps it's for (staff) Branding purpose.
