@irene it's true. I don't remember the details but if you cover a certain % of your face for any reason, you could get fined. But the lines are also blurry as you can cover your face for 'good reasons' (such as weather) so I guess whether or not you get fined depends on if the cop agrees with you it's cold outside (the cops also think it's too vague so I haven't actually heard of very many people getting fined for it yet)
