Do you want to work 1.5hrs from where you currently live for only $5k more/year? Are you ok with like 2 holidays and only 5 days PTO?

@jespersh my first job out of college was like that - but I moved to a more competitive area so all of the companies don't have to offer much anymore since everyone can pick and choose.

You'd think it would work the opposite.
