I used ShareX on Windows, but have had bad luck finding something with as much configuration options on Linux (Ubuntu). Any suggestions?

Edit: I'm currently using Flameshot, but feel like it's quite limited. I can't log in to Imgur for example.

    This so much. I use ShareX on Windows as well because it's an amazing piece of software, but sadly there's no proper alternative on Linux :<

    atm I use Shutter, which isn't very good :v

    Haven't tried it yet, but I've found "ShareNix" (https://github.com/Francesco149/...).

    Shutter is being deprecated in all Debian Buster variants. When I found this out I switched to flameshot. I've actually really loved using it. I like being able to pop a screenshot selection into my clipboard history, rather than writing an image file to disk that I need to come back and delete later.

    I am currently using Shutter that uploads stuff over FTP to a site. But I will check out Flameshot, thanks!

    But I can't use a custom uploader it seems? Or how do I do it?

    @Linux

    I haven't done that kind of integration, as the screenshot functionality I use is, 99.9% of the time, used then and there, and then never again.

    That said, looking at the options shows me that I could probably set up an automated upload with an external application, which you can call from the UI elements that come up when you complete a selection. Freedesktop has abundant documentation, and you can easily stick a custom app into /usr/share/applications to achieve your desired integration.
