Breakfast here is bread and butter, sometimes with some Ham and/or cheese and coffee, coffee with milk or chocolate milk.

Looks like some came out as liquid but couple of solids too. Maybe adding some fiber to your diet helps?

@ceee ahahaha That's interesting! I am in the middle, here. I do not need to eat meat, as many out there, but I do not skip it entirely as well.

My only concerns are: we need to respect the animal (not making them suffer etc) and, if someone killed it, let's make it worth and use whatever is possible from it, so it would not be an "empty" death.

Anyway, I admire you. :)
