I may have over delivered my service to this first customer i got.

It doesn't help that pricing was dirt cheap and i over promised in a bid to make it attractive.

But in my hurry to please the client, I've been feeling so much stress since last 24 hrs. Dealing with customers suck. I hate this.

They can be little dumb and doesn't think much before blaming you if something's not working as expected.

I hate this feeling and now i remember why my initial business model was designed such that I wouldn't have to deal with clients.

But somewhere along the way, i forgot about that. :/

I wish I could get rid of this customer.

    You could always fire the client but then you wouldn't be able to pay the bills.

    Unfortunately since you have priced yourself so low with that client before they are going to expect similar pricing in future projects and realistically raising them now is only going to alienate them and lose them.

    @ftyross yeah, lesson learned. Atleast, she is very satisfied with my service.

    I now just hope she won't be bothering me for all little things.

    I'm will be charging her the same low price monthly, but for future customers, I'm gonna increase the pricing a little bit.

    @HoloDreamer you may be able to raise your prices slightly to improve the situation. It's a judgement call as to how much though
