As I compares to mine and currently 8 years. My current is 400% when I started. Consider it from 8 years.

Wage is not the only important vector.
You could also try to trade for more equity or better work conditions.

Learn to say no so you are not overwhelmed.
Work on hard problems only when they provide value
Work on easy wins only when they provide value
Work with people not against them
Remember that one day you will die or be fired and everything you wrote will be deleted from production
Play the political game at work, learn the rules, and how best to operate; if you can’t then work somewhere you can
