arekxv10546yAs long as their pay and work engagement go up as you grow them then yeah. Also you need good workplace environment and always invest in new and better things. You can't hire just someone, keep him on low pay and just slowly increase and complicate workload.
In other words company would succeed if they figure out 2 things:
1. Devs > Clients
2. People > Money
Otherwise you end up with a workspace where people learn and grab what they can and then they leave for a better company. -
Must know node.js, python, go and have 8 years of experience in any of these languages. - Entry level positions
True for a lot of industries.
