Why do jobs applications have to ask about the ethnicity? Why does company want to know if I am Hispanic or not!!? I am not offended or anything just want to understand why is it important for them to know it even before an interview could be scheduled?!

If it's an open answer I always put in "half Polish one quarter Hispanic one quarter French Latino Kung Fu Panda of a man". Seems to work alright.

I never answer my ethnicity on applications. It’s always and only used to discriminate against one race or another. College applicants need not apply if Asian. And white people need not apply for pretty much everything anywhere. Etc.

"Affirmative action" = we are racist and sexist, but we are also slimy liers and don't admit it.
