    Check it out

    4 cores ARM Cortex A72, 1.5 Ghz
    Up to 4Gb RAM
    Grahics up to 4Kp60
    2 HDMI
    USB 3.2
    And faster ethernet

    Sounds like a decent server for docker.

    @heyheni 2x 4K60 !
    Also, Bluetooth 5.0

    That is more than something that was expected

    Although USB 3 and gigabit was long awaited, when it came, it came with a heck of things bundled up together

    Those ram upgrades really knock the price up though.

    Is there a chinese competitor already which offers this cheaper? I checked www.orangepi.org but they don't seem to have anything new.

    Cool. But I still have my RPi 3B+ laying around collecting dust...

    What? Is it out yet? :o shit, how did I miss that

    Whaaaatt???? Gigabit eth?? And they said it's nit possible to fit it on the same pcb.. 😁

    @netikras I suspect it wasn't before. There's likely been some new ICs released in the meantime that have made it feasible.

    @AlmondSauce

    "The Ethernet controller on the main SoC is connected to an external Broadcom PHY over a dedicated RGMII link, providing full throughput. USB is provided via an external VLI controller, connected over a single PCI Express Gen 2 lane, and providing a total of 4Gbps of bandwidth, shared between the four ports."

    Two flimsy micro HDMI connectors?? Y not use USB C for display?
  • 1
    @JFK422 yeah they should make a nano version with just one usbc port. Where you could connect this adapter.

    @JFK422 both will anyways require dongles

    Although USB C display output will be a moment of peace for MacBook users

    But ayy the MacBook users anyway can spend that much for another dongle /s

    Also, micro HDMI is less common maybe DVI would've done it?
