The more I go,
the more I believe I'm wasting my time in the university.

You are looking at it all wrong. University is about personal development and self learning. Put the hours in and you will reap the rewards. Employers want the cream, leave with a piece of paper and a wealth of knowledge, the future is in your hands. or you can blame the shit tutors and leave with less than you started. The choice is yours.

@helloworld Exactly this! Well said man

@helloworld Many students think that the school is going to teach them everything and that they don't have to be curious, and look for things on their own time too.

@helloworld I just thought it would be better if I could self study everything

Depends on the course you're in tbh. If it's anything related to computing and software development (which i presume it is) then get out and do internship unless you're in your 2nd year then there's no point of leaving. Try to take in whatever you can from uni instead from this point on and commit to it. Coz uni isn't gonna force you to take it. It's all your choice.

You probably are wasting your time.

Edit: figure out what you want to accomplish, and determine if college will help you achieve it.

@helloworld @Jilano if it's all self taught them what are you paying for?

@AL1L I never said that they weren't teaching anything. The quality of the education depends on the school, though.
As for the cost, that also depends. In many countries, you don't have to pay for it.
