@koukou lol the Chinese will never have good customer service. At least for the foreseeable future. Why would you need it though?

@xroad I had bought the oneplusone in an effort to convert to android. It had issues and the customer service was dreadful took over a month to resolve the problem: return and refund!

@xroad exactly! Though if I were to get an android I would give them a second chance as I dislike Samsung policy to void your warranty if you root your phone..
