Idk why but i rarely see devs who lift. All i see is 2 different types of devs;
- who runs
- who doesn't run which either leaves him to be very skinny or somewhat fat which both cases are unhealthy af.

    @SevenDeadlyBugs I don't mtb (off-road) but I do have a fatbike for the sheer extra weight ~20kg to push around.

    I do off-road cycling and lifting. Still fat af. But "healthier". No one can outrun a bad diet.

    I lift and run. Lots of running and I also swim. Back in HS i used to box. Would like to do it again, but i don't wanna get stupid from a hit or get retinal detachment, got lucky before.
    I fucking love lifting

    I have lifted for the last 17 years. But I agree; feels relatively rare. I think its a shame, personally. Whatever your exercise, do that, but if developers have a reputation for being unfit then we are letting ourselves down

    I used to do Tae Kwon Do for five years, now I go to raves which I guess counts as dancing (?)

    I don't run and don't lift. But I train ballroom, latin and rock'n'roll dance for total of like 5 hours a week. I'm pretty skinny (178cm beight, 65KG), but I feel good in my skin and I don't feel like I need more excersise.

    @legacy07 Those who don't run, might have some bugs 😛❄

    I feel like i need to be extra fit to make up for the image of devs being fat and having cheeto hands
