I basically had to start a day late because of a doctors appointment, which was fine. But the next day when my work week actually began, I ended up passing out due to heat exhaustion. It was fairly embarrassing to say the least.

That means that they should provide some fucking AC perhaps.

@kescherRant - I live in the UK. Air conditioning isn’t much of an option for us workers that they’re killing off one by one via temperature annihilation. Just for more context, I’d been lifting furniture the majority of the day, (still what I do now), so eventually the heat just got too much.

The only embarrassing point was that you didn't know to have enough rest during the day. Not too embarrassing for someone just starting out.

@electrineer - Completely right. The senior manager was the one that found me passed out. I couldn’t even uncap a bottle of water because I felt so weak lmao. That was a bad time.
