    I think this guy is the example of "code monkey"

    Has no background in coding, no knowledge, neither experience hence he is asking every detail so he gets a solution without thinking.

    @IntrusionCM code monkey? Nope they know code to some extent.

    This guy is probably from sales and has no idea what he is doing, but said he could do it anyway. "I've seen code before - how hard could it be?"

    @Quirinus just noticed from a glance at the profile it's a she. Also, if you go through the questions she posted by date, it looks as if each one is a part in solving a single programming task.
