    Looks great! I don't mind flat keyboards as I don't press ok the keys like a madman, and the I'm a fan of the minimalistic look of it all.

    6.5

    ++ 2 Large screens enough screen real estate to get shit done
    ++ Keyboard for style
    ++ Laptop for portabilty

    -- Windows instead of Linux
    -- No Standing Desk as far I can see.
    What are you doing, it's your health man. Do you want severe back pain in few years? Get a standing desk!

    There is a IKEA in Kosice, they have cheap manual height adjustable standing desks.

    Godspeed to you Adrian

    Looks cool. The keyboard would be a pain in the ass for me, since It looks like it does not have a good feedback when you press a button. Also I'd be upset AF if I had that little space for my mouse especially with 3 screens.

    Where is you eGPU for some gaming?!?
  • 3
    There is an evident lack of Anime figma and wholesome manga organized on the desk.

    But, overall, nice setup. Cool monitors too.

    @Teknas Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code (text-editor)

    Bonus points for the 2L bottles you can pee in instead of having to break your coding concentration by going to the loo.

    That is what those are for, right?
  • 1
    @Teknas it's visual studio code and sql server management studio. I primarily use visual studio and SSMS so thats why 2 different IDEsπŸ˜€

    Looks like it's staged for an open house.

    The keyboard would make me crazy, and the lack of linux would make me unproductive, but otherwise, looks like a sweet setup.

    Ducking awesome

    I feel like I gotta balance out the windows hate a bit so:

    ++Windows

    Good 'ol Visual Studio Code + SQL Server Management Studio. I used to use SSMS a lot but have since shifted to using the full Visual Studio IDE for everything because then I can have a consistent dark theme.

    I like your setup. I especially like the giant gaming mouse pad.

    For me only Dell monitors or pen and paper.

    The ducks!!!

    It needs to be messier. 6/10

    You have a fleet of ducks!
  • 1
    I believe the proper word for a large group of developer ducks is a "bitbucket" or a "github".

    Though, a float of ducks might be right, too, if there were some partial ducks in there...
  • 2
    Needs some more ducks!
  • 3
    A light theme and a dark theme - man your eyes must hate you.
  • 1
    @C0D4 please dont blame me. Ssms dark theme is awful and unfinished -,-

    @AdrianScrub ten shipped from China for something around two dollars? Got at least two unopened packages at home. Supply for new colleagues and so.

    Edit: talking about the ducks.
  • 0
    @AdrianScrub Too bad the term "ducking out" is already in common usage for something else otherwise that would be it.
  • 2
    Ah, you need this much DUCKS because you need to do C#... I understand.

    And I’d put the Notebook to the left, since you need space for the mouse-hand.
    Other than that: at least 8/10

    @dder thanks, I love that setup and i I don't usually have mouse so close to laptop.
  • 1
    @heyheni as much as I like standing desks, it has already been proven multiple times that they are not better. Yeah, if you switch your positions they are, but I've seen far too many people simply standing whole day, which is as bad as sitting.

    @Stuxnet not at all. I love it 😍
