WHAT THAT FUCK
I PLUGGED IN MY LAPTOP CHARGER TO THE WALL AND A HUGE SPARK APPEARED AND THE ENTIRE ELECTRICITY OF THE HOUSE FELL

    You might have yourself an answer.

    While it should not be your chargers' fault, it is a device that consumes quite a lot of power.
    Your cabling or your local electricity grid might be done.

    This is what standards and certifications prevent. They provide security and support.
    Well. There is always a chance of manufacturing errors. So don't mind my two cents ;)

    Go to the breaker box and reset the breaker. Try the charger one more time in a different circuit. If it happens again then reset the breaker again and throw out the laptop charger. If it doesn't then you might have a fucked socket.

    @retnikt yes that I know, I did that, but it's a little weird that it happened from my CHARGER.

    Likely fried charger, replace it.. you don't want that thing to end up burning your house down.
