@ChaoticGoods I dunno, I don't interview people. Could be they got burned on someone, or wanted to be inclusive. Most people with confidence think they are smart to some degree. Ego stroking?

So as long as they don't cause lawsuits themselves, they can do pretty much whatever? Sounds like bullies in the making, which they pretty much are. 🤔 I think you're onto something.
