Don't wear that much layers. Your body will adapt and after a while you don't feel. That cold.

Python55585yWhisky works great. Also keeps you happy. You'll gain a nice buff with these stats:
+3 Spirit
+2 Warmth
-2 Agility
-2 Intelligence -
Root825415yGloves. Thin ones will help more than you expect.
There are also "gaming" keyboard heaters. Previous boss had one; it was nice. Helps with cramps, too. -
zymk11505yEveryone seems to be missing another obvious great choice for keeeping warm... get fat.
It worked wonders for me. I'm basically never cold and I get to feel like the hulk about to rip out of his clothes! -
crisz82365yI'm surprised that nobody mentioned the most obvious solution.
I'll do it: open Android Studio -
@Python I like the idea, a bottle of whiskey for those cold late nights at the office XD
-
@zymk Good idea! my metabolism is working against me though. Can't gain weight @_@
-
@crisz I should just bring a desktop to work that mines Bitcoin or does research, and blows towards my keyboard XD
-
I have the same problem. But after getting myself walk each hour once, for like getting coffee or talk to my collegues, it gets bettet.
-
@saucyatom because there is a lot of people who don't want it. You can dress against cold, not against heat.
-
@Codex404 alright, but you shouldn't need to wear 5 layers of clothes in an office. Either you are very cold or your colleagues are insulated very well..
-
@saucyatom when it's 16 degrees Celcius I am comfortable, above that I will sweat like crazy.
I tell my coworkers that and it's their choice if they want to have a high temperature and a fully sweated me or a low temperature they can easily dress against with a sweater.
I understand they can't always do what I like, but I just give them a heads up. -
I just cross my arms when they're not on the keyboard. Works well enough to get the warmth back into them. Occasionally I'll cup them, blow into them, and rub them together. Like a hobo over a fire, except the fire is a laptop.
-
@Wisecrack with Kubernetes running 20 docker containers on my laptop it basically is blowing out the heat of a hobo fire out the back

My hands are always freezing my office. Any devs here have a good way to keep their hands warm while working.
A note. I keep my core warm. I will often wear 2-3 layers and a beanie, so I keep warm, but my appendages will get freezing cold.
