I am having a hard time to find a good chat for my work environment (Slack sucks). Since we have Office 365 subscription I thought to give Teams another go after 3 years.
Well, looks like it is going to wait another 3 years.

I haven't tried to fix it, but I'm sure it might be an easy fix. But for employees in the company it is not. They want a working environment, not something that they have to call me every minute.

We use Skype, but it sucks so bad...

If you had this issue just as you wrote this post about an hour ago, then I conclude Teams is having a supra-regional issue, and one that is not limited to my company where a number of coworkers (but far from all) also have this issue.

EDIT: Signing out and back in resolved it for me.

I still don't understand why more companies dont use discord, its lightweight, fast and has easy group calls and screen sharing.
