Went quite well, but I'm unsure about what they will offer for salary and conditions might be tricky to negotiate.

I am taught that a job interview goes two ways... you're not only for them but you also need to be motivated to work there.

They at least should listen to you for what you would like to work for. Don't be afraid to say what you want.

After all... negotiation is a two way street.
