I am so annoyed with Clickbait "News", that I instantly block every news site in my feed with them at this point. It's SHOCKING what's HAPPPENS next, go to the comments to find out more!

@Jilano A lot of reputable news sources in the UK are starting to go down the clickbait route too, unfortunately.

@AlmondSauce Same in Germany. Its not even the usual suspects that I'm complaining about (like Buzzfeed etc.) But the "normal" sites as well.
Every minor occurence is pushed to insanely dramatic headlines.

@Jilano Its not even sites like Buzzfeed etc, the major news websites as well. Not as terrible as the (SHOCKING WHAT HAPPENS NEXT WILL AMAZE YOU) but misleading Titles, only to collect clicks. The actual information amount is marginal.

@AlmondSauce @survivalape That's unfortunate, but as long as people keep clicking on those, they won't stop.
