Started classnet with 14(3/4) as well, why can't there be any people like you in my school as well, seems I'm the only one in my school. -
secode318yClassnet is an awesome idea, but do you think that there are a lot of students that upload exam and test results?
Btw it's great that you have so much fun as a young dev :) Wait a few years and you will meet other people like you. -
harso788y@secode No in Austria a class consists on average of 24 people, who all have the same teachers and subjects and as such Classnet is not really for uploading test and exam results, but rather for everything, PowerPoints, Documents(which can be made with an editor within it) and Pictures.
All of these are sorted by subject and everyone has access to it, no more "I forgot the sheet, can someone send me it", also it makes it a lot easier to collaborate on presentations and to learn for tests, as everything is uploaded by everyone.
And next year the students are presented with almost everything they need immediately, summarys for this school year, presentations, etc..
Thanks :) -
NotNihan2768ytrue 😰 people kind you are rare to find, i started programming age of 15. And never found someone who got similar interest as mine 😁
keep up the good work, and keep learning new things. -
Nice one! Maybe grupet will release an untis-api in the future so you can integrate a fancy shedule ^^
-
@harso You xan do that, but you always have to keep it up to date in case they change something...

Fellow high schooler! // Or whatever secondary school is in German
Frankly I wish there were more of us, but amazing work. -
Wow this looks truely amazing! Classnet seems to be one of the best management softwares for schools.

harso788y@vortexman100 Thank you! :)
A lot of work went into it, at first it was only to improve my PHP, but now I have about 70 users currently, could be way more, but there are still a lot of things which need to be improved/done and I'm not good at advertising, as I also don't have the time right now :$ -
epse36618yWhy is classnet complaining it isn't optimised for mobile yet? It is fine and sexy. Okay small issues but I've seen much larger sites have those

Somehow my brain skipped the "it's German" part and misread Austria as Australia. So when I loaded the page I was like "that's some killer localization for a private project."
Good job tho! Started coding with 12 and it took until 11th grade to find someone with the same hobby, too. -
DevTobi58yNice Work, I'm a Web Dev Student and 19. I feel father Old her but ok... 😊 I'm looking forward Testung your application! 😉

harso788y@TheFinalNothing hahahaa :)
Yes, started with 10(it seems to be getting earlier and earlier by generation) and have yet to find someone like me in my immediate surroundings :( -
You wouldn't have to deal with time zones either, which is a pain in the ass. Almost everything is EST and as a European that's super annoying
-
@Crobacco good point, but I think in Germany/Austria there are enough young programmers to fill such a site.
Building a global site would be a huge project and it'd be hard to get users from different countries. Focussing on one nationality/language would be easier in my opinion.
I made a quick discord server, if you'd be interested. Name is temporary ^^

Just finished the new voting system for the school representative of my school, tomorrow ~600 students (including me) will use it, feels good! :)
Btw, I'm 16
Also, I am working on another project if anyone wants to take a look and give me some design feedback, as I learned everything I know by myself (It's in German though, I'm from Austria)
