    I like having Netflix in the background. Just enough sound to keep me from going insane but it doesn't require my attention.

    I'll listen to music to focus more. so much of the time I end up putting headphones on, and never playing anything.

    Music allows me to focus on the task. However, it has to be instrumental or in a language I don't know(Julie Fowlis singing in Gaelic).

    Metal, dubstep, ambient, binaural beats. Anything with unrecognizable lyrics., lots of bass with headphones to drown out the world.

    Higher bpms = faster wpms
