    Lynda.com has some great tutorials by Jesse Freeman. I found them to be the best way to start developing games in Unity. Mind you, lynda has a monthly subscription the first free month.

    Get a subscription to cgcookie. They mostly do art stuff and 3d stuff but their video tutorial section on Unity is huge. Well worth the investment.
