@HoloDreamer I probably will go for commission but they really won't like it... Because they want to move all sales to it and if I did 4% in commission I would walk away with 360K in one year alone.

Built a e-commerce site using Laravel for the company I work for... I'm part time and only make $12 an hour and I'm technically just a system administrator. Half tempted not to give them the project until they sign a contract that either makes me full time and better pay or like 4% commission for every sale in the site for the first 2 years or something.
