Just created a batch file to delete a directory so that I don't have to right click and move my mouse all the way to delete and click it.

Put it on taskbar and you can drag&drop. I have more than one batch like that with different functionality :P

Here's a very simple way to create a batch file. Once you know the basic you can do a lot of hacks in Windows using these files.
