It's not that bad yet. I've got enough hair left to not be self conscious.

    *repeats with themself*

I remember i did that some years ago, with both my hear and beard. It got so bad that it was clearly visible stains of lost hair. Dear god i am glad i dont do that anymore when i get pissed/annoyed/stressed.

Update: shampoo change and vitamin Bs seemed to be helping lowering the rate. I'm hoping the lost hair starts to grow back.
Now I'm afraid of overdose since I was already taking a daily supplement of all vitamins in moderation, and now I'm taking this B-complex things on top of that. Woohaa!

Given that it's helping with your hair, there might have been a deficiency to start. Also it is very unlikely that an overdose can occur as long as you take the supplement as indicated / balance supplements.

Most common tell tales of OD would be flushing skin, excessive thirst, and abdominal cramps so keep an eye out for those

@Lyym for which one tho? Evey B complex is made of a bunch of vitamin B types 😛 so it's not only one I may OD on. But I'll find a way. Don't worry about it.

@NoMad biotin (B7) is the one most commonly used and associated with hair maintenance/growth.

Also, B complex side effects of an OD are pretty similar across the spectrum
