Losing weight (in the particular - belly fat) has an adverse impact on my WFH experience :( I can no longer lay on my back with my legs bent and have my lappy rest on my belly comfortably...

I can't reach the touchpad any more as it's now hiding behind my ribcage :(

I didn't think this through. damn it!

    It will be even worse when you start flying again. You will have to fold down the table from the seat before you instead of just putting the tray on your belly. Lots of extra work!
  • 5
    @Fast-Nop shit...Where were you before!?!?

    Now I have to ^Z everything!

    SHIT!!!!
  • 4
    I don't know why but I find a little bit of beer belly attractive, easier to bounce bounce bounce on them.
  • 4
    @rutee07 Well then you do know why you find it attractive ;)

    @netikras Can you imagine how hard (pun intended) it must be for @M1sf3t? (I'm still haunted by that picture, by the way)
  • 0
    Ffs don't ever sleep on belly, reading it hurts me
  • 3
    @rutee07 Then again, less belly means more (usable) dick length.
  • 3
    @Jilano what picture?
  • 3
    @Fast-Nop Good point.

    @Jilano Don't answer @uyouthe. He's horny.
  • 1
    @Jilano that picture is somewhat deceiving. It would seem that after you achieve a six pack it takes a while for the lines to fade away. I've never had much of an appetite unless I was actively working out, which I probably haven't done since I left the army, so now Im just skinny and underweight.
  • 2
    @netikras pillows help, also cuts down on some of the heat πŸ˜…
  • 2
    @uyouthe *cricket noises*

    @rutee07 Seems like it, yeah. Good call

    @M1sf3t Well time to work out again? I'll start whenever you do (please don't), same goes for @NoMad
  • 1
    @Jilano whAt? Working out is not in my plans until my thesis is over. Count me out. (I'm practically pre-diabetic, but fuck that. Need to finish this degree first.)
  • 3
    Side benefits include the ability to look at your dong once again. AYEEEOO
  • 4
    @AleCx04 For some, it would already be a radical change if they could reach their own shoes for tying.
  • 1
    @Fast-Nop that was barbaric and merciless. I love it.
  • 1
    @Jilano I told myself I would wait until I had a chance to get my rib cage checked out, I'm worried I might've displaced one when I was overseas and it's what caused all the trouble I was having a while back.
  • 0
    @M1sf3t Oh, That's unfortunate. Hope it's not too serious, but do get that checked out!
  • 0
    @M1sf3t ^ nah don't get that checked! Internal injuries are the way heroes die. 😜
  • 1
    @NoMad better than lying in bed waiting for it

    @Jilano one day maybe. last time i went to see someone about it they completely ignored that I told them that work involves a lot of heavy lifting the second I told them I drank alcohol then proceeded to test me for every condition that could be related to drinking too much, too often πŸ™„
  • 1
    @M1sf3t ikr. One last fall and the faulty rib will puncture through your lung and then it's finito la musica! That's how every hero inspires to die πŸ˜›
    Although, wait until this covid bullshit passes before you get it checked.
  • 0
    @NoMad fall? more like roll over too quickly in my sleep. Still it could be just all in my head, I don't remember being down for more than a day or two when I did it. Nothing ever turned blue or anything, it was just hurt like a bitch to wear a vest the following couple of weeks. It's just that it's the same area were it felt like I tore something a couple years later.
  • 0
    @M1sf3t either way, don't get it checked out and see if it sends you to the afterlife πŸ˜›
  • 0
    @NoMad well that's the idea, i really don't have a desire to prolong my time here any longer than I have to
  • 0
    @M1sf3t getting rich and buying a yacht or a mansion in a pretty place is so overrated πŸ˜›
  • 0
    @NoMad exactly, Ive had my fun with this life, I'm more curious to see what comes next.

    ...tho hopping on board a tri-marine and sailing the caribbean wouldn't be a bad alternative πŸ€”
  • 0
    @M1sf3t I'm guessing you've never been to Greece or Italy. I can assume a yacht makes the experience much better.
  • 0
    @NoMad too cultured. I prefer to hang out with the riffraff. Their music is better 🀷🏻‍♂️
  • 1
    @NoMad i dunno man I could do with a yacht and a nice mansion with its own little port close to a big body of water :p not gonna lie
  • 1
    @M1sf3t πŸ™„ It's not about the culture, it's about food. It's always about food.

    @AleCx04 same! That is what is keeping me alive. Also I want kids and maids as well as the rest of stuff said.
  • 1
    @AleCx04 too many rooms to get lost in. I've already got one house too big for me, I'm due to collect an even bigger one in a couple years that I doubt I will ever move into. Least not unless my cousin drags his ass back to mississippi and insists on taking this one back over. He seems pretty content to continue paying 3k to live out west in a shoe box tho

    @NoMad if it's food your looking for then might I suggest new orleans or possibly havana?
  • 0
    @uyouthe what do you think? Our very own man-barbie posted a pic of his abs πŸ˜› (please tell me you're [not] gonna jerk off to it)

    https://devrant.com/rants/2481126/...
  • 0
    @M1sf3t no. Covid rates too high rn.
  • 0
    @M1sf3t on a serious note, I like food from many places. Hell, I've even invested time catching fish and yabbies. But I'm not a tree. I'm a human who has legs and a restless soul syndrome. So I may end up in New Orleans for food some day, sure, but that doesn't mean I'll ever say no to fresh tzatziki from Greece.
  • 0
    @NoMad oh my god, that v-cut and veins really turn me on. I’d lick all over that majestic body any day.
  • 0
    🀦🏻‍β™€οΈπŸ€¦πŸ»‍β™€οΈπŸ€¦πŸ»‍♀️
  • 1
    @NoMad I would be willing to take my chances for shrimp creole or ropa veija. Toss in a well mixed mojito and I've already died and gone to heaven
  • 0
    @NoMad you are indeed very, very attractive.
  • 0
    @uyouthe πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ did you just tag the wrong person?
  • 0
    @NoMad if that abs pic you posted stating that it was you in the photo is indeed a photo of you, I tagged the right person πŸ˜‰
  • 0
    @uyouthe πŸ€” we both have red hair and a blue background, but I'm the actually prettier one. Eitherway, you should be sleeping now. Don't you have work tomorrow?
  • 0
    @uyouthe πŸ˜‚
  • 0
    @NoMad I’m waiting for the food delivery 😞
  • 1
    Ah fuck, @M1sf3t is the actual person. Fuck. Your avatars look really alike
  • 0
    @uyouthe It's always about food...
  • 0
    @uyouthe HE STOLE MY AVATAR!!!!
  • 0
    @NoMad pretty sure I was here first πŸ˜›
  • 0
    @M1sf3t got it, you're old. 😏😏
  • 1
    @NoMad unfortunately πŸ˜’
  • 0
    @M1sf3t and as a matter of unfortunate events, despite uyouthe's words, I shall still maintain that you are indeed very very unattractive. πŸ˜› And ugly.

    And I'm totally not jealous. πŸ˜›
    And I'm still the prettier one. πŸ‘ΈπŸ»
  • 1
    @NoMad yea, yea, whatever gets you to sleep at night πŸ€ͺ
  • 0
    @M1sf3t 10 to 3. Still awake 😭😭
  • 0
    @NoMad then maybe you should admit to the truth so that your mind is subconsciously eager to slip off into dreamland where it can vividly fantasize about what it wants πŸ˜‰
  • 1
    @M1sf3t grew up in big houses my whole life. It is certainly something i can get used to. My grandfather's house was devastatingly huge and it is supposed to be going to me once my grandmother passes away, I don't want it since it is in a different country, but I do want one where I am at.

    the bigger the space the harder it is for me to feel the need to get out of the place, it has always been that way. never been one to feel the need to be outside to be around.....ew....people.
  • 0
    @AleCx04 plus, there is not one single issue I have that can not be directly, easily, solved with large amounts of money. To me it is the biggest most important thing, I have everything else that I need in check. But would definitely be able to do loads more with a damn near unlimited resource of cash.

    Little by little. One step at a time.
  • 1
    @NoMad got the kids, just missing the maids! french maid outfits, the skimpy type, will be a must for all of mine! muahahahahah
  • 0
    @AleCx04 I can do outdoors as long as there aren't people around. About the only social activity I take part in anymore is occasionally floating a river where I can paddle the fuck away from everyone when they start to get under my skin. At home I tend to stay in one room the whole time unless my bed (or couch at the moment) happens to be in a different one.

    I can do without money. I had a little at one point in time and it seemed to bring more problems than it fixed. Makes people that much more of a nuisance as well. I think the most content I've ever been was the year I spent homeless, bouncing from couch to couch.

    Granted that wouldn't have been the case had I dependents to concern myself with but with a house that's paid for and extra rooms to spare that's no longer an issue. I need to feed them I could just grab a fishing pole or better yet, hang a crossbow out my bedroom window and bag one of the deer or turkeys that have wandered up into the yard.

    @NoMad @AleCx04 @M1sf3t I'm willing to offer my services as a maid/callgirl to whomever get rich first.
    But do hurry, it's getting annoying
  • 4
    @Jilano When you get rich from selling your body, don't forget where you came from and who sold you first. Good luck, son. I'm so proud of you. We have so many happy memories during your small beginnings like the time I sent you to the farm blindfolded and you managed to get back home.
  • 1
    @Jilano I'll keep that in mind if I ever meet the right person. I ain't saying I'm a golddigger but... 🀷‍♂️
  • 3
    @rutee07 Yes, Mum. I shall remember the family and will bring my 17 brothers/sisters with me as soon as I can.

    @M1sf3t Exactly, $20 is $20.
  • 1
    @Jilano define rich. I don't aim for rich, I aim for comfortable... Very comfortable πŸ˜‰
  • 0
    @M1sf3t nah man. It's all the isolation. Case in point, I fell asleep right after the last comment.
  • 1
    @AleCx04 you got kids, but you also got a wife/gf. My genius idea is to actually not have a partner in future. The amount of money I'll save up makes it possible to hire maids.
  • 1
    @NoMad Enough to make *me* comfortable :D
  • 1
    @NoMad πŸ˜‚
  • 1
    Btw, @netikras congrats on losing weight!

    Now, can you lose mine too? 😁
