If you were to start learning a new language today, which one it would be?

    Cobol is set to make a come back along with Fortran.
    Note to self: write a Cobol to JavaScript transpiler and call it Cobol script (though it may have already been done along with a client side framework)

    Swift, now that it's on linux. It looks to be a very beautiful language.

    I like making programming languages, but haven't made one that "feels right" yet. One day, I just happened to read about Ruby. It sounded like what I was trying to make. I read some more, and now it sounds *better* than what I wanted to make.

    It will probably be the next language I sit down and properly learn.
