Question to devrant game developers is it possible to make complex 3D PC game using javascript?

With WebGL, probably yeah. I haven't done anything with it myself, but it looks promising.

I am not a game dev but know that is possible.

Big question. Short answer. Yes, WebGL provides the basics. If you're just starting out you should work with a higher level library like Three or Babylon so you spend less time reinventing the wheel.

Threejs i believe is a good framework to play with webgl stuff...

just try phaser ... there are thousands js games out there

With Unity you can use js and c#

The godot engine even Exports to only html5
