    Try visual studio code, it doesnt have that many pluggins, but the inbuilt features are quite awesome.

    Its built on the same electron platform, so its hackable too

    When you open a file with FTP and save it with atom it completely erases the file. That is a deal breaker for me.

    Yeah I love it but for some reason, as mentioned, it really does take a good bit of time to initialize. Sublime is far faster. I enjoy using both editors for different things.

    I prefer VS Code and Brackets, it's too slow.
