    @F1973 Tell me a way that I learn PHP correctly.

    @RaviChoudhary I use HTML CSS instead PHP, is easier many times

    If php you look php.net many times, very confusing
    Have you seen YouTube? Many videos, many helpful tutorial, freecodecamp, very nice!

    Get motivated, PHP is not the kind of language that will attract you, you will have to work your way through it.
  • 1
    @petergriffin Well, that's not really a comparison since they're all languages for an entirely different purpose.

    PHP is for the backend/cli tools, HTML is for the webpage structure/data and CSS for the visual makeup of a webpage.

    @theabbie Depends on what you're attracted to and the last part goes for literally any programming language.

    @linuxxx I meant like, for eg. you see people building things with python, and stuff with JS, but PHP's applications are not so visible and hence people are less likely to get motivated.

    @theabbie Nope. I see plenty of people developing in PHP. Hell, PHP is the dominant language on the Internet (as for websites)

    It's just a backend/CLI language. That has about zero to do with being motivated to write something I'd say (of course that's an individual thing but overall I'd say this is true)

    @linuxxx Things that attract young kids to code are games, or fun applications, PHP though can be used in such things, always works in backend and Kids vet attracted to The Frontend. They will use PHP only when needed and not get attracted automatically.
  • 2
    @theabbie That, again, depends on the person.

    I was way more attracted to PHP than gaming programming stuff!

    @linuxxx Everything is subjective, but honestly, I never saw a PHP "fanboy"

    > I never saw a php fanboi

    @theabbie hi 😍
