They probably think that Codeblock is better than VS.

I like codeblocks, if it had a built in dark theme, I'd use it more than vs studio

IF stuck in Windows use vs.
Otherwise use Kdevelop.

I'm not a huge fan of VS C++. It's alright but i tend to run into issues that I wouldn't have in other environments. But then again, I'm not a huge fan of CodeBlocks either. When in doubt, just use command line and Vim/Nano :P

Codeblock is actually quite decent. You can import themes also.

I prefer codeblocks on Linux, but when in Windows vs is king
