Usually works to run a deny by default configuration..
Whitelist those {domain, emails} that you want content from, send the rest to the void.(Trash bin) :p

One of the most effective ways to cut it down is by unsubscribing from promotional emails manually — most have an unsubscribe link at the bottom, although it can be buried in small print. You can also mark emails as spam to train your email provider’s filters over time. But here's the thing, not all advertising is as intrusive as those endless email blasts. A more user-friendly approach some brands are turning to is native advertising — ads that blend naturally with content you’re already viewing. These don’t pop up in your inbox or shout for your attention, and they often appear in relevant articles or apps. If you're on your phone a lot, you've probably seen these subtle promotions already. They fit into your feed without disrupting your experience, especially with platforms like native mobile advertising https://mgid.com/native-advertising... which make ads feel more like recommendations than interruptions.
