Hello dear fellow devs, I got some more nice ram and don't need those ram bars anymore. Write why you should receive them and they are on the way. For people outside germany you (unfortunatly) have to cover the shipping costs.

How much memory are they?

I think I am the most entitled to receive these RAM sticks because I have suffered the pain of using a Windows 7 laptop with a 1.6 Ghz Atom-core processor and 1gb of RAM for three years now.

There have been many occasions where I wanted to punt it across the room, but I maintained my composure as I waited 10 minutes for the Arduino IDE to load.

A valuable lesson in patience. But it would be nice to give that machine a bit more oomph. 😁

My storage server has only got 1GB of RAM at the moment as 1 of my sticks died in August and I've not got round to buying some more. I'll need to get more soon anyway to put gitlabs on the machine (jeesh that uses quite a bit of memory).

4gb in total. Not useless since most Boards can have 4 ram bars

I would really love to have one for my mother's pc cause her system currently has 1gb total and it's a pain for her to use and me to fix.

I want to sharpen them and use them to dice raw chicken.

@PixelateVision Linux will probably boost your experience since there are way less loading times (not sure about radionics support tho). You do need ram tho .-.

For some time I have been stuck with an old 3gb ram setup with my amd 64 cpu and geforce 210 "powerhouse". So I would appreciate an upgrade

I would give ghem to a girlfriend, she has 2 gigs of different sticks, IDE HDD and Athlon AMD CPU. It would help her. Please?
