Root797674yPsych eval?
Those are absolutely trivial to fake.
Then again I score ~100% Machiavellian when I answer correctly, so of course I could fake whatever result I wanted without even trying. 🤷🏻♀️ -

Have an answer for:
- What is your biggest strength?
- What is your biggest weakness?
- What made you want to work here?
- Have you ever had a conflict/disagreed with a coworker? If so, how did you resolve it/reach a compromise?
- What are your hobbies other than software development/what are you passionate about? (Seriously, don’t pull a me and panic that you’re taking too long to think of something and blurt out “cats!”)
Try to think of experiences you’ve had that demonstrate leadership ability, adaptability, and cooperation and have those stories on hand to draw from if you get asked scenario-based questions.
Have questions! That’s the other important part. You don’t want to leave a behavioral interview having asked nothing of your interviewer about your potential employer/job.

Any advice on preparing for the behavioral interview? I feel like I'm preparing too much for it, and I'm going to sound scripted.
