The company I work for is a mess too. No new developers wants to join us. We have been trying to the past 6 months. We are only 2 developers now. I' am planning to leave soon too.

Get out while you can. And if you can't, ask for a raise.

@g-m-f well, the company is part of a big group, there's 4 companies that operate globally and make tons of money, and then our company got split into multiple smaller nation wide businesses each of them completely independent, different teams different bills, different markets, some make a lot of money, especially those in Latin America, we make very little money by comparison and have no prospects of growth.

This just depresses anyone who's ambitious, and due to making little money the company keeps downscaling, cutting benefits, going back on raise promises they made etc, people just get sick of it and leave
