A client asked me to redesign his website the other day. He asked me to use this abomination as a sample:

    @scriptex it's also made using a free website builder. With table layout. Styles are inline.

    What a lame design... What a person without test... Maybe he did saw all those beautiful sites but he was hoping for something cheap...

    @sam0 I'd say he just has a weird idea on what a good website is supposed to look like. His own site looked relatively normal and he didn't like it at all.

    I get numbnut clients like these all the time. They think by creating 'special designs', it makes stand out from the crowd.

    @Bobj2008 Russian. And for some strange reason most Russian websites are stupidly complex with tons of navigatiom and pointless buttons, ridiculous fonts and backgrounds and just ffffffffFFHUUCk

    I was also asked to copy a website's design earlier this year and the client ended up canceling the contract because "I lack creativity." And that website hasn't seen the light of day yet. 😂
