My back hurts! I need suggestions for a new chair.

I am using a swopper. Its been hard during the first weeks, but now I can sit on it all day long.

Herman Miller aeron, will set you back $500- $700 but my back has never been happier, great adjustability for just about every piece of the device.

you should find ergonomic chair. or adjustable one. we're sitting all day long and our back needs support. i am using regular chair with adding a pillow to make it more comfortable. but we still need to take a walk after some minutes work. try "pomodairo" to schedule your rest time management.

I just gave up and stand all day. My legs may be sore at the end of the day, but I do feel great. Plus, better for my health.

On the other hand, standing up every 20-ish minutes for a minute helps a lot.
