I see this sentiment a lot.

I don't know what industry everyone works at but not many 'developers' of any kind get to yell "stop the presses" or decide when exactly shit rolls out .... or time budgeting and etc....

It's weird hearing that kinda garbage from other devs who I guess must be master of their own domain and make all the choices or something ....

If W3C and 508 compliance was in the requirements docs and line items in the estimate, it will be in the project.

If not, not.

Well aria and html5 are only so so comparable. It's not entirely web developers fault.
