@thisizram the real question is whether it's money he gets or if it's fed directly to his company through some supervision.

I was under a company that won $3000 in startup costs, but we didn't get to see a lick of it. It was there for us but in a separate account. And the only way we could use it is if we asked.

SOooo our company was basically micromanaged by HR.

Actually, this was a highschool competition. We beat out 15 other local schools. We're reinvesting the money into our highschool's computer science curriculum.
