I just had to give my self a written copyright permission to publish an android app for related to my own website as it was violating googles impersonation policy without it.

And the best part about all this, is it took google 3 days to respond to my initial complaint just to find out the reason why they suspended my app and than another 2 days to resolve it all, after I provided all the "legal" documents
