    if it was me:
    - print the gurantee from support out.
    - put the print in the package and send it with freight collect back.

    @stop I did mail them back in the _same_ thread they told me I'd get the hotswap version asking for a return label and for them to swap it out for the one I actually wanted.

    Name and shame them, please.

    If nothing else, because you're scaring me right now. I just ordered a Keychron K2 V2 (Hot swappable), and they said they were shipping it.

    @xMadxHatterx CandyKeys.

    I got a reply back when I asked for a return label (and for them to swap it out with the hotswap version) and they said: "But the model you ordered is the non-hotswap"...

    I LITERALLY ASKED WHETHER THIS SPECIFIC MODEL WAS HOTSWAPPABLE!?

    @xMadxHatterx Indeed...

    I did get an apology though stating that there was a misconception.

    We are now working on getting it resolved.

    Update on the matter: They went silent. PayPal stepped in, refunded me the keyboard *and* allowed me to keep it.

    Hoozay!
