Woke up after a 2-3 hours nap at night just to have a career-panic and apply for all the jobs I'm overqualified for.

... Now I regret it.

Nothing wrong with that. Apply if you think you might want the job, decide if you actually want it later. Who knows, you might find a company there that likes you, decides you're overqualified and puts you in a more senior or more targeted role. Wouldn't be the first time I've seen that happen.

Worst that happens is you get a bit of application practice, and turn down some offers.

60% of all jobs are given to someone by recommendation. Since those robots reading ATS your resume, are terrible at finding good talent. Concentrate on creating your own job inside a company by showing how you can solve tough business problems with your (machine learning?) skills?
Learn the business lingo and think how a nmanager would think (time & money.

@AlmondSauce it doesn't work here that way. Govt gave policies to stop companies from underpaying. It's counterintuitive, I know.

My first job after studies: manually typing in TV program content from fax paper into a database. That was when printed TV weekly magazines were still a thing.

The job sucked, it was unskilled labour, but I accepted because it gave me money right away so that I wouldn't live off my ma while looking for an actual job.

    See it as interview practice.

Also, some of the companies might hire you for a different position entirely; I’ve had that happen before.
