I used to. IBM is huge and it varies from team to team. During my last interview there for another job I wasn’t asked any leetcode questions but that doesn’t mean you won’t get any

May I ask what kind of interview process you had to go through, your position and project you’ve worked at?
It’s hard to imagine getting leetcode questions for FE dev position, haha. -
Nihil757335yI know a lot of people that USED to work there. past tense. Shit company, full of paper-pushers and has-beens.
Applied for a position once - went through three interviews, all were light, just discussion, opinions, not even a whiteboard session.
Thought I did really well as I completed all interviews and they were very happy with me,
But never heard back.
Started chasing HR department, because after 3 interviews you usually contact a candidate even on failure - totally unresponsive, bouncing me between different offices, left-hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing, total corporate useless behaviour.
After 5 weeks got a reply from one department that they went with someone else.
I guessed by then but even if they did offer me the role I'd probably refuse.

For those of you who are having interviews ... remember this
Does anyone work at IBM? I saw open Front end engineer position in my country and I was wondering what the interviewing process might be. Does it involve leetcode exercises (never done those and I’m afraid they might give those to me)?
