Going to the job fair as a junior and seeing the requirements makes me want to quit. How am I supposed to to get enough experience as a student?! Time to get back to my personal projects!

    Don't be let down by the requirements - they are most probably aimed towards people with experience and slightly exaggerated even then. If you're interested in a company, just ask for an internship, settle for little or no pay for two or three months and hope that they offer you a full time position after that.

    Don't do an unpaid internship. Just don't. They're not worth the life it takes to do them. If you're worth having in a company, even as an intern, you're worth getting paid.

    Apply anyways. Been on the other end of some stupid 'required qualifications'. The people doing the interviews and evaluating aren't always the people writing those things. :p
